The hand baggage restrictions were introduced after the failed terrorist attacks at London's busy Heathrow Airport last August.
Passengers were restricted to taking just one small item of luggage with them on a flight.
Liquid containers must also be smaller than 100ml, meaning many passengers who are just travelling overnight with a small bag cannot take toiletries with them and must buy them at their destination.
