As "pre-dict(at)ed": WikiLeaks cables the 9/11 of world diplomacy One of the most damaging documents is a directive issued by US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to diplomats ordering them to spy on top UN officials including Ban Ki-Moon. B U S T E D - "this needs time"... First the BLAME will be SHIFTed onto WIKILEAKS/Julian Assange and attempts will be made to divert the attention with words like "terrorrists" etc.
