The JOKE(R) is on the Dutch Govt.

A fearless Dutch guy, Robert, embarrassed the Dutch Govt. and put the regulations on photo's for ID-cards in The Netherlands on the Jokers-scale. He stated he needed his photo as clown on his ID-card, for that is his way of life.
He got permission to be photographed as the Joker and the above picture is his new ID-card! The JOKE(R) is on the Dutch Govt.
They want him to give his ID-card back but Robert says he will not think twice in giving it back.

Regulations about photo's on ID-card recently changed in The Netherlands because of You-Know-Who-We-Are-Afraid-Of-And-We-Need-Saver-ID-Cards... Dutch article here

Frilled shark

This video shows rare footage of a frilled shark in shallow water. The frilled shark (Chlamydoselachus anguineus) is a primitive shark species, sometimes called a "living fossil" because it resembles extinct species of sharks.
