This is how its done:
'Meditate' 2 minutes a day and focus on the OUTCOME.
AND IT IS DONE.
Additional message:
Meditate like you feel, like you want. You don't have to 'meditate' if you are not able to get your mind to stop thinking. Meditation can be doing the dishes, doing housework, working in your garden etc. Do what makes your head clear and let Peace (come) in.
Maybe you have noticed that while doing the dishes (i.e.) or driving your car is making you a little bit in a trance-state. This is the moment when you are STILL.
The saying:
When you are not still, you cannot listen, is so true.
You DO it during the day! You don't have to sit down in Lotus to meditate to be still. You are in moments of stillness a few times during the day. If not: make those still-moments.
When you feel like sitting in Lotus to be still and meditate: do it!
Do what feels good for you!
Now, focus on the subject, the issue, the situation you want 'solved'.
Just for a few minutes, 1 or 2, thats enough.
Focus on the outcome: the situation is solved, clear and oh boy, you feel great, others feel great and you are all very happy.
Feel the happiness and see how you have touched others with your personal growth!
See how everyone benefits from that!
Now, get back into your body a bit and feel how your body is responding to the love you feel and you've just sent out to the universe.
Love your body.
Say: I am my Lightbody. I am Light. Say whatever affirmation pops up, its okay.
