US Army may be liable for Diana death

The US military may have played a role in the 1997 death of Princess Diana as she was campaigning for a worldwide ban on landmines, says the author of The Murder of Princess Diana.

Noel Botham told Press TV that Princess Diana, during her visit to the US in 1997, succeeded in persuading former US President Bill Clinton to vote in favor of a global ban on landmines at the Oslo Conference, which was due to take place on the 19th of September of that year.

However, the idea did not appeal to US military officials and they knew that Clinton "would not change his mind with Diana alive,[per thou] said the author.

"There was enormous pressure from the military in America to get him (President Clinton) to stop that (the international treaty on a worldwide ban on landmines) and change his mind, enormous lobbying in the White House," Botham added.

Food from the offspring of cloned animals, including meat and milk, has been approved for sale without labels.

Mladic assessed to see if he is fit to stand trial for war crimes as he refuses to recognise The Hague tribunal

Justice officials in The Hague said it will take at least a week before Mladic is handed over.
Regular reports on Serbia's compliance with the chief U.N. war crimes prosecutor are crucial for its efforts to become an EU member candidate.
The prosecutor, Serge Brammertz, had long complained that authorities were not doing enough to capture Mladic and other war-crimes fugitives.
On Thursday, Brammertz called justice for the victims of Mladic's alleged crimes in Bosnia 'long overdue.'

Senegal woman Yaye Dieynaba Diallo falsely shown as Dominique Strauss-Kahn accuser

A 23-YEAR-OLD Senegalese woman will file charges against media and internet sites that published her photo as that of the Guinean woman accusing Dominique Strauss-Kahn of sexual assault, her lawyer has said.

Yaye Dieynaba Diallo has hired three Senegalese lawyers to prepare the lawsuit and seek damages, saying she has been a casualty of the high-profile case against the former head of the International Monetary Fund.

"Nothing is decided yet, but we are considering a procedure for invasion of privacy, right to publicity and defamation," one of the lawyers, Samba Ametti, told AFP.

She said the photograph of Ms Diallo was taken from a social networking site without her permission, and was portrayed as a photo of the 32-year-old hotel chambermaid who has accused Strauss-Kahn of sexually attacking her in New York.

Wake Up NOW: She will probably "KILL HERSELF" because the stress was too much,

or "GETS KILLED IN AN ACCIDENT" or the Plane Will Fall out of the sky .... or

something totally different ...

We cannot figure what these twisted minds will fabricate to hold on to their scams to accuse DSK and get ridd of him ...

Obama signs 4-year Patriot Act extension in France

Congress on Thursday passed a four-year extension of post-Sept. 11 powers to search records and conduct roving wiretaps in pursuit of terrorists. Votes taken in rapid succession in the Senate and House came after lawmakers rejected attempts to temper the law enforcement powers to ensure that individual liberties are not abused.
