Mistakes

One of the smartest things you can do is to entertain the possibility that you may be mistaken. Because if you are mistaken, and you're able to see it, you have the opportunity for great progress.

There is no dishonor in being mistaken. Yet there is great folly indeed in being so stubborn that you refuse to admit your own mistakes.

Mistakes can be powerful teachers. By knowing firsthand what does not work, you gain much greater understanding about what does work, and why.

If you're not willing to accept the possibility of mistakes, you're not going to make much headway. Though there's no need to purposely make mistakes, there's no reason to live in fear of them either.

Even if you are already effective, there likely are ways to be yet more effective. Even if your mistakes are not disastrous, there is still much that you can learn from them.

Embrace the fact that somehow, concerning something, you're probably mistaken. And in your mistakes, find the wisdom that will take your performance to an even higher level.

How many scientists fabricate and falsify research?

For how long?

As in all surveys asking sensitive questions, it is likely that some respondents did not reply honestly, especially when asked about their own behaviour. Therefore, a frequency of 2% is probably a conservative estimate, while it remains unclear how the figure of 14% should be interpreted.

VACCINATIONS and follow the money:

France Considers Mandatory Flu Vaccinations

"France is preparing a battle plan without precedent for this autumn, including an obligatory vaccination campaign for all French of more than 3 months of age," writes Marie-Christine Tabet for Le Journal du Dimanche. "According to our information, the State will place an order for 100 million units of influenza vaccine from three laboratories (GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi and Novartis)."

UK Compulsory Vaccination Imminent

In other words, if a parent does not want a child vaccinated but the JCVI have recommended all children be vaccinated, the JCVI are asking can their recommendation be challenged by the parent. It would seem once they have their answer, they will decide whether or not to make their recommendation.
This appears one step from compulsory vaccination for children regardless of parental views or concerns.

CDC Vaccine Advisor Pockets $29 Million Promoting Vaccines

Dr. Paul Offit of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia received at least $29 million from his share of royalties for Merck's Rotateq vaccine after using his position with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to ensure that childhood vaccination with the vaccine became compulsory.
