"It was the song that I awoke to first when I discovered Everland.
Everland is a place where dreams come true and where the imagination becomes real. It's where the child inside speaks.
Everland, for me, is inspired by the heart and it is in my mind where it becomes so real .... so real that I see it. I thank God most of all for giving me the gift to paint what I see and most of all for His inspiration which is in my heart."

FHA is riding to the rescue, taxpayers beware
The FHA traces its roots back to the New Deal. It was established in 1934 to provide a reliable, low cost source of financing for American homeowners. Like Fannie and Freddie, the FHA doesn't issue loans, but through its sister agency Ginnie Mae, guarantees mortgages made by private lenders like Wells Fargo and Chase. FHA loans carry the explicit backing of the U.S. government, not just an implied backing like its two better-known cousins. That means American voters get cheaper interest rates, but if they default, taxpayers are on the hook.

Plastic Money - without the card (or chip) you're nothing:
Every petrol pump 'will be prepay by 2011'
The prepay system, where drivers have to swipe a debit or credit card at the pump before they can get any petrol, is already used widely in the U.S.
The amount the driver has spent is automatically deducted from the swiped card, making it impossible not to pay for filling up.

Bank borrowing from ECB is out of control
Few officials thought this problem would arise. It was widely presumed that the capital markets would recover quickly, allowing distressed lenders to return to normal sources of funding. Instead, the credit crunch has worsened in Europe.

At top of Greenland, new worrisome cracks in ice
The crack is 7 miles long and about half a mile wide. It is about half the width of the 500 square mile floating part of the glacier. Other smaller fractures can be seen in images of the ice tongue, a long narrow sliver of the glacier.
If it does worsen and other northern Greenland glaciers melt faster, then it could speed up sea level rise, already increasing because of melt in sourthern Greenland.
