What if you... From Lindsey Williams | The Energy Non Crisis - movie
Dear Friends, With the many astounding things happening in the world around us, I thought this months newsletter would be best suited by starting off with a few questions to think about... If you had lived in year 1928, the year prior to the great depression and you knew that year that the depression was going to take place and the stock market was going to crash, would you have changed your life style and your patterns? If you lived in Europe before WW1 & 2 and you knew the day before the war was going to start, would you have moved out of Europe and gone someplace else for safety? If you worked in the Twin Towers before 911 and you knew that those airplanes were going to fly into the towers on that date, would you have gone to work that morning? If you lived in New Orleans prior to Katrina and you knew the date it was going to hit, would you have gotten out of the state for that period of time before it hit? And probably most profoundly... If you lived 2000 years ago before Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem's manger and you knew before the night his birth was to take place, would you have joined the angels and the wise men at the birth of Jesus Christ that night? Now, I am sure that many of you are thinking that these rhetorical questions I have asked don't really seem to make sense. However, bare with me while we cover several things that have occurred in the past few days and then we will revisit these seemingly irrelevant questions again... Friday, September 21, 2007 - Saudi Arabia announced they are considering the possibility of NO MORE DOLLARS FOR OIL. Please consider the incredible impact this will have on the US Dollar. You must understand that the standard currency of the world is no longer the US Dollar. It is Oil. When nations no longer use the Dollar as the currency for the trade of oil, it effects the Dollar, your dinner table, your job, inflation, etc. Regardless of whether they hide this announcement in the back pages of the Wall Street Journal and other major media outlets. Friday, September 14, 2007 - The United States Mint, stopped the sale of Gold and Silver. The US Mint sells to only three major banks in America. Those major banks sell to several major distributors and they in turn sell to local Gold and Silver dealers. The three banks and wholesalers closed for 4 days, then began selling some of their existing supplies they had in stock, however the US Mint closed for 11 days. Why? Well, China holds $1.33 Trillion of American securities and T-bills and the value of that paper is plummeting due to the significant drop in the value of the dollar and thus are dumping their holdings in the Dollar. What are they replacing it with? Our Gold and Silver! Thus reducing the US Mint supply and forcing them to close for the recent period. Friday, September 28, 2007 - For the first time in history, the US Dollar broke below 77.70 basis points. Why? So many nations in the world are dumping their US Dollars for Gold and other tangible assets. Wednesday, September 26, 2007 - Egypt and Israel sent communications to the White House in Washington DC, requesting that their foreign aid money be given to them in Euro's rather than Dollars. Friday, September 28, 2007 - GMAC Home Mortgage announced it is now requiring no less than 25% down on all mortgage applications. Each of these very recent situations are all combining together as writing on the wall and we all should take notice. The nations of the world are dumping the US Dollar and are creating a run on the Gold and Silver markets, driving the price of these metals up and the value of the dollar declining and extremely vulnerable. They are all exiting the Dollar and getting into tangible assets. Though none of us knew the Great Depression was coming beforehand, and could not have known the date WW1 & 2 were to start in order to avoid it. We could not have predicted 911 and stayed out of harms way or knew Katrina would hit exactly where and when it did in order to have plenty of time to escape. However, in today's climate we all have access to detailed information that is pointing to the collapse of the US Dollar and can take action to protect ourselves.
