Little update on the energies:

Bite eachothers head of, argue over nothing in a really ugly way?
Wanting to sleep all day, exhaustion?
Feelings of 'total depression', a black cloud around your head?
And within one hour that can change to: Peacefulness, higher consciousness, seeing the 'big picture', active and fit?
Symptoms like: Dizziness, nasal problems, are you lightheaded, not being able to remember what you did yesterday, do you have ear-problems, eye problems ...?

Well, your 'here' then!! Good that you made it! You've entered yet another phase of total clearing the old programming.
While in this experience, what can last until half of March 2007, please let out the anger in a civil way: don't shoot eachother ;-) but make sure you let the anger come out: go outside and yell i.e. is a good way to let you anger-energies out. Remember, these are energies of a long periode of time coming out now!

KNOW THIS: It is YOUR ANGER, so when someone else is angry with you:
(at this point eally most of the time for no reason at all..)
It is THEIR anger! No need for you to get into the matter or energy.
Send Love and see the other persons Light (and struggle) and HELP out to release some more!

Take care of your body and inner self really good.
Listen to YOU (for once in your life...)

When PEACE and Unconditional Love arises in all this releasing :
take the opportunity to look back at the hours you were in the Grumble-I-Bite-Your-Head-Of-Mood, to say outloud (so your ears can hear you!):

I release my self from old programming NOW.
I let go of this emotion and send it into the Light to never return to me again.
All emotions and lower vibrations that don't longer 'fit' me, I release them into the Light.
I know that I am Divine Spark of Light, A Child of the Stars and I start to re-member more and more my true self.
I invite and envoke all counter-parts in the Universe and on Earth.
I envoke my birthgiven-right to Be-come Whole.
