M: Yes, well, I know about the 100 monkey effect, so when I learn something, I can TRUST that within time, weeks, months, people over the globe will learn that too; these people whom I don't need to know, these people who are part of our group, or how should I use words to describe it ...you get my point here?

Ramah: Yes, and doesn't that imply that ONE person can get a whole world moving?

M: Yes. That's what I am saying.

Ramah: Yes, you use WORDS, so now let us go to LOVE, the feelings or emotions if you like, behind these words: Do you GRASP how powerful you ARE, when you start with something and TRUST?

You just have to change YOU, nothing more (nothing less).
Did it not 'work' like this when you stopped smoking? To take that as example?
Didn't you see people around all of the sudden stopping, or trying to stop smoking?
Now stay with me here on this: Can YOU see what YOU DID? You didn't say to people: "Hey, now you must stop smoking too!"
Some people didn't even know you stopped smoking.

You just did it yourself, for finally you realised to HONOUR your body. Your Vessel, your Temple as you would call it.
You did it for YOU.

NOW LOOK again, do not keep this only in 'words', but FEEL!
Can you see what you have done? Now, don't see it as your responsibillity for than you do not 'get' MY WORDS ... ;-)
Can you FEEL it?
Try to feel here now.

It takes just ONE person to START with something ... YOU!
